Milenio Diario Subscriptions
These General Terms and Conditions are applicable to the contracting of Milenio Diario print and/or digital subscriptions offered directly on the website milenio.com.
The Milenio Diario print and/or digital subscription service may only be contracted by persons over 18 years of age.
The user may contract the Milenio Diario print and/or digital subscription service on the website https://milenio.com/suscripciones-milenio or via mobile applications (APPS), requiring prior registration and acceptance of our privacy policies (https://www.milenio.com/aviso-de-privacidad). After registration, the user must complete the subscription contracting form and make the corresponding payment, as well as check the box indicating that they have read and understood the general subscription terms and conditions. If the payment is successful, the user, now a subscriber, will receive an email notification of a successful purchase.
Contracting the print and/or digital subscription service does not grant intellectual or industrial property rights, nor rights of reproduction or commercialization of content; the contracted service is granted for consultation and reading of news, entertainment, and editorial material content.
Payment method on the milenio.com website
For contracting Milenio Diario print and/or digital subscriptions on the milenio.com website, the accepted payment methods are debit and credit cards from any bank (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and wallets (Google Pay wallet and Apple Pay wallet).
Milenio.com uses the payment gateway provided by Stripe (the “Payment Gateway”) to process the contracting of the Subscription through the website https://milenio.com/suscripciones-milenio, for which purpose it will collect the information necessary to process such payments.
The services provided by the Payment Gateway shall be governed by the Payment Gateway Terms of Use, which may be consulted at https://stripe.com/es-us/legal/consumer. Your personal data will be processed by the Payment Gateway in accordance with the provisions set forth in its own Privacy Notice, which may be consulted at https://stripe.com/es-us/privacy. You release Milenio.com from any liability arising from failures or omissions that the Payment Gateway may incur.
Payment method in mobile applications (APPS)
Only digital subscriptions can be contracted in the Apple and Android mobile applications. Subscription charges and renewals will be processed through the systems of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Prices
Subscription prices are subject to change without prior notice. Should this occur, changes will be informed to subscribers via email to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, on the website www.milenio.com, or by telephone. Such notice will be provided thirty (30) calendar days in advance to the customer, who shall have the right to cancel the subscription without any penalty and/or request non-renewal at the end of the subscription term.
Subscription conditions: terms and renewals
Milenio Diario print and/or digital subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis; this will be applied upon expiration of the contracted period using the payment method the subscriber used to contract.
The Stripe payment gateway processes the transaction; if the charge is successful, it will appear on the subscriber’s bank statement under the description concept “Stripe, Ccu Milenio or Milenio” as the purchase identifier.
The subscriber will receive a notification of a successful automatic renewal with the new service term. If the renewal charge is not successful, the subscriber will receive a notification. Reasons why the renewal charge may not be successful include: expired card, insufficient funds, blocked by the bank, reported stolen, etc. The subscriber must check with their bank and may contract a new subscription.
Cancellations and refunds
The User may cancel the services at any time by contacting the Single Contact Center: 800-200-6453.
The customer will not receive any refund of amounts previously paid; however, they will continue to have access to the services for the entire contracted period until it has been covered by payment of their fee. Once the contracted period ends, the subscription will be canceled.
The Milenio Diario print and/or digital subscription may be canceled if the subscriber makes improper use of the service; Milenio Diario reserves the right to do so and there will be no refunds for such cancellation.
Subscriptions contracted via mobile applications (APPS) Apple App Store and Google Play Store: subscription cancellations must be made through your Apple and Google account under the subscriptions section.
Home delivery service
Once payment is confirmed, the subscriber will begin receiving the newspaper copy between 24 and 48 hours after purchase, provided delivery feasibility and distribution coverage exist, Monday through Saturday between 6:00 and 11:30 a.m., at the address requested by the subscriber.
If the copy is not delivered, the subscriber must notify the Single Contact Center by calling 800-200-6453 or WhatsApp 55-8413-1010 to verify and proceed with replacement of the delivery date.
Distribution area
The subscription delivery service will be subject to prior verification, delivery method, and delivery feasibility in the area requested by the Subscriber. Such verification will be carried out within no more than 24 hours from requesting the subscription. Verifications will confirm, among others: (i) whether the place is outside the distribution area; (ii) inaccessibility to the place; or (iii) impossibility of delivery due to meteorological or climatic causes.
If for any reason there is no longer delivery availability in the subscriber’s area, Milenio Diario will inform the subscriber to request a new address or, failing that, the cancellation and refund of payment for the remaining pending days.
Changes or updates to home delivery subscriptions
The Subscriber may request a change of delivery address (subject to feasibility and distribution coverage), change of subscription type, and/or payment method by contacting via telephone or WhatsApp 55-1384-1010 / 800-200-6453 seven (7) business days before the expiration of the term of the subscription initially acquired. The requested modification will take effect upon confirmation by Milenio Diario and within a period no longer than four (4) business days.
Invoicing
The subscriber may issue their invoice through the invoicing kiosk if they contracted a subscription through www.milenio.com at the following link www.facturacion.milenio.com, using the reference number that arrives with the subscription purchase summary.
The deadline to request the invoice is the last day of the month in which the purchase was made. After that date, the invoice cannot be issued due to SAT provisions.
The user is responsible for entering the tax information to invoice the service. Milenio Diario is not responsible for errors on the invoice once stamped. Due to SAT provisions, there are no re-invoicings.

Purchases made through Milenio mobile applications (APPS) Apple App Store and Google Play Store will be managed by those stores. Invoicing must be requested through your Apple and Google account.
Account restrictions
The Subscriber will have a single account and password to access the digital subscription service, which may not be shared with any third party. If Milenio Diario detects that the Subscriber has shared their account details—meaning username and password—access to the service may be canceled and/or suspended.
Modification of the Terms and Conditions
Milenio Diario reserves the right to modify, update, or expand these Terms and Conditions at any time without the need for any notice, with publication of the changes on Milenio’s website (www.milenio.com) being sufficient for them to produce all their legal effects. Accordingly, any modification, update, or expansion made to these Terms and Conditions will be published immediately, and it is the User’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of browsing and subscription. Likewise, if deemed pertinent, Milenio Diario will notify subscribers by email of modifications, updates, or expansions of the Terms and Conditions. If the Subscriber does not agree with the changes to the Terms and Conditions, they may choose to request cancellation of the subscription; if so, Milenio Diario will not apply any penalty and will proceed to refund the proportional amount equivalent to the time remaining until the end of the subscription.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
If the user or subscriber subscribes to or uses the services that Milenio Diario makes available through the website (www.milenio.com), this means that they have read, understood, and tacitly accepted the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If they do not agree with them, the user must not provide any personal information, subscribe, or use the services that Milenio Diario makes available. In that sense, if the user or subscriber does not express opposition to these terms and conditions, it will be understood that they agree and acknowledge each of them.
The user acknowledges that by subscribing they will receive emails about their subscription and promotions.
Promotions
Promotions may be modified without prior notice and only those indicated as current on the website https://www.milenio.com/suscripciones-milenio will apply.
Promotions in which courtesy tickets or single and double passes are granted:
The promotions granted by Milenio Diario to its active subscribers are carried out through commercial alliances; for this reason, Milenio Diario disclaims any incident that may occur in connection with them.
The promotion is for the exclusive use of the subscriber to whom the single pass or courtesy was granted and any companion designated by the subscriber in the case of a double pass. Under no circumstances may promotions, passes, or courtesies be negotiable.
Delivery of promotions, courtesies, or passes is carried out at the facilities of Grupo Milenio in each city where the newspaper is present (Mexico City, Nuevo León, Jalisco, Toluca, Puebla, Pachuca, Laguna, Tamaulipas, and León). An official ID must be presented for access, and the deadline to pick up the benefit will be the same day as the scheduled event.
Deliveries are made to subscribers upon presentation of their official ID. If the subscriber cannot attend to receive the promotion, another person designated by the subscriber may do so; such person must present a valid official ID and also a copy of the subscriber’s ID with the following statement: “I authorize Milenio Diario to deliver my promotion to: (full name of the person who will attend),” and it must be signed at the bottom of the page with the corresponding date.
Each promotion has a validity period established by Milenio Diario, which reserves the right to change the validity without prior notice or until supplies are exhausted.
Milenio Diario is not obliged to replace or exchange courtesies or passes if the subscriber does not attend the event.
The courtesy does not include transportation, food, or beverages.
Privacy policy
By acquiring any of the services offered directly on the website milenio.com, the user accepts that the personal data provided at the time of registration, or any other data provided for access to the services, be archived for the purpose of providing the requested services, for proper identification as users, for conducting statistical studies of registered users that allow improvements to services to be designed, for basic administration tasks, as well as to keep the user informed, whether by email or by any other means, of news, products, and services related to Milenio Diario or third parties. Likewise, the user gives consent for such data to be shared among the other affiliates of Grupo Milenio.
Grupo Milenio undertakes to keep personal data confidential and will take the technical and security measures necessary to prevent such information from being lost or used in an unauthorized manner.
The user will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, and Grupo Milenio reserves the right to terminate the relationship with those users who have provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may proceed for having provided false information.
Any registered user may at any time exercise the right to access, rectify and, where appropriate, cancel their personal data provided, by written request addressed to Grupo Milenio at the email address datospersonales@milenio.com or written notice to Morelos No. 16, Col. Centro, C.P. 06040, Mexico City, Mexico, addressed to the Personal Data Department, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Grupo Milenio undertakes not to transfer your personal data without your consent, except where necessary to:
Comply with the law or legal process.
Protect and defend your rights and property.
Protect against misuse or unauthorized use on its websites.
Protect personal safety or property, or that of other users of the services provided by Grupo Milenio.
As well as those provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the Law), such transfers will be carried out under the terms set forth by the Law.
