Donald Trump denunció la existencia de "jueces pro Obama", dando inicio a una fuerte polémica con el presidente de la Corte Suprema, John Roberts, que justo antes había subrayado la imparcialidad de los jueces estadounidenses.
"Lo lamento, señor presidente John Roberts, pero existen efectivamente los 'jueces pro Obama'", tuiteó el mandatario, y acusó a los magistrados de tomar decisiones "sorprendentes" contra su política antiinmigración.
El presidente del máximo órgano judicial es, sin embargo, de tendencia conservadora y fue designado por otro republicano, George W. Bush.
